came across this site getting an update on migraine headaches. kinda nervous for various reasons. biggest is i am trying to quit smoking, i have been frazzled since 3 a.m. yesterday morning when i had the last ciggie. cleaned and did laundry all day. starting to feel nauseated now, i know its the nicotiene withdrawal. hope i do not get a migraine also. i hate the ER for the bad ones, and i also hate the Immitrex shots to try and stay out of the Er too. the auto injector slams the needle in too hard and i always bruise. at least i don't see the needle. getting chilly here, weather is changing fast. i have to get up early so will return later if the migraine does not hit. i only filled out part of my profile.
